Many people are always either on the go, or too tired or lazy to make that trip to the gym. Despite this, loosing weight still remains one of the top to do’s on daily lists. Good news, you can do less and still loose weight, according to Hollis Templeton of Fitbie. Here’s how.
1) Skip the gym; exercise at home while watching TV
2) Eat leftovers all week long. Thinking about food less will make you eat less.
3) Shorten your shopping trip; buy only what’s on your list.
4) Make your own healthy snacks at the beginning of the week (low calorie snacks).
5) Use non-stick cookware to lower use of oil and butter.
6) Take a break between each bite to slow down the eating process; you eat less calories as you get satisfied faster.
7) Play video games aka ‘exergames’
8) Sneak in some extra exercise. One good way -opt for stairs instead of elevators.
9) Get sufficient sleep
10) Keep your house a bit chilly. Cooler temps force the body to expend more energy to maintain core body temperature.
